Accommodations in the university residence hall are available from Wednesday, July 9 through the night of Sunday, July 13 (check-out on Monday, July 14). Check-in time is 2:00pm; check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-in time and late check-out time will be granted on a space-available basis.
You will select the option to stay on campus when you submit your registration form. To register for the conference, please visit our registration page. If you select a double, please enter the name of your roommate. We do not match roommates. All room rates are per night per person.
Single room (air-conditioned): $56/night/person
Single room (non air-conditioned): $46/night/person
Double room (air-conditioned): $33/night/person
Double room (non air-conditioned): $28/night/person
Bed linens and small bath towels will be provided in each room. All bathrooms are shared. For your comfort and convenience, you may consider packing the following items: alarm clock, bathrobe, large bath towel, hair dryer, and an umbrella.
On-campus Accommodations RESERVATIONS must be received by June 9, 2008. Confirmations will be sent for all reservations received by this deadline. CANCELLATIONS received between June 9 & July 9 will be subject to a one-night cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 9.
