**Please note that the cut off date for online registration is June 30th. On site registration will be available at the conference, but we will be unable to accommodate you for on-campus housing.**

Full conference registration includes all speaker sessions, poster presentations, and receptions, breakfast and lunch on Thurs, July 10, 2008 through Sun, July 13, 2008. One day pass registration includes all speaker sessions, poster presentations, and receptions, breakfast and lunch on date selected. If you would like to attend the Saturday banquet, please select the option below.

One Day Pass: $45.00 USD per day
Student:
Full Conference: $65.00 USD
One Day Pass: $25.00 USD per day
Optional Banquet Ticket:
Limited to 80 attendees

Spouse/Partner Registration Cost:
Full conference registration includes all speaker sessions, poster presentations, and receptions, breakfast and lunch on Thurs, July 10, 2008 through Sun, July 13, 2008. One day pass registration includes all speaker sessions, poster presentations, and receptions, breakfast and lunch on date selected. We apologize that we cannot accommodate spouse/partner attendees at the Saturday banquet. If you would like your spouse/partner to attend the Saturday banquet, please ask them to submit a new registration.

One Day Pass: $25.00 USD per day
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to and including June 12, 2008 are eligible to receive 100% refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations made June 13, 2008 through June 26, 2008 are eligible to receive 50% refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations made after June 26, 2008 are not eligible to receive a refund of the conference fee.
